How to create a new Outlook profile

  1. Ensure any outlook application is closed
  2. Open your start menu and type in Control Panel and open it.
  3. In control panel, in the search box type in mail
  4. Click on this and a box should appear that looks like this
  5. Click on Show Profiles…
  6. Click on Add…
  7. Give the profile a name (this can be anything)
  8. This box will appear
  9. Select manual set or additional server types and click next.
  10. Ensure the Microsoft 365 option is selected and type in your @niab.com email address and click next.
  11. If prompted to enter your password, enter it. You should end up with a screen like this
  12. Click Finish.
  13. At the Always use this profile option, select the profile you just created in the dropdown and click on Apply then OK.

 

  1. Close out of Mail and Control Panel and Open Outlook.
