How to add a Personal Data File to Outlook

  • In outlook select “file” in the upper left-hand corner
  • Select the Account Settings button and then Account Settings again in the drop-down
  • In the pop up that appears select the tab “Data Files” and the select the “Add” button

         


  • Browse to the location of the files and then select them and then click “Close"


  • The data files will appear on the left-hand side of Outlook Screen
