Can't connect to the Internet, but other devices are working?

To reset all the network adapters on Windows 10, use these steps:
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Network & Internet.
  3. Click on Status.
  4. Under the "Advanced network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
  1. Click the Reset now button.
  1. Click the Yes button.
After you complete the steps, the device will restart automatically, and after the reboot, you should be able to connect to the network and internet.
