Update individuals on Micollab/Mitel

To do a full manual update incase of CN changes or other changes stopping passwords from filtering 

  • Click on the Integrated Directory Service form on micollab and under actions click edit
  • Tick/check ‘Re-initialize on next cycle and hit ‘save’
  • Under ‘actions’ click sync
  • AD updates should be pulled in
