Resetting a password

Applicable for VPN (Global Protect), Office 365 (including Teams), and your computer account.

To reset your password while working from home, a member of IT will need to reset the password and send it to you. You will need to remember your old password to log in to your Computer Only (VPN and Office 365 will change immediately) until the new password syncs with the server. The sync will only occur when you take your computer into the office.

To reset your password while you are in the office, use CTRL ALT DEL on your keyboard and select "Change a Password". You must know your old password for this process.
